This is the home page of Leps 24, the result of many years interest and involvement with lepidoptera. My name is Wayne Fennell and I live here in the North of the Dordogne, quite close to the Charente and Haute Vienne borders in the centre of Perigord/Limousin regional park.

The aim of this web site is to provide a large sample of the butterflies and moths, both macro and micro that are to found here in the Dordogne and in the park.  I think it will be a lifetimes work, so please bear with me as new information is being added frequently. 

If anyone has any records of lepidoptera found within the areas listed above and are willing to pass them on I would be very grateful, as this will help me give a much more complete picture of their distribution.  If you have any comments, suggestions or information to further enhance this site please feel free to contact me.
